PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
We make reasonable efforts to display our products, colors, designs, sizing, and materials accurately. However, colors and product details may appear differently depending on your screen, lighting, device, manufacturing process, or product batch.
Measurements and sizing information are approximate. Customers are responsible for reviewing the applicable size guide before ordering.
We may modify or discontinue products, designs, prices, promotions, or services at any time. Product availability is not guaranteed.
ORDERS
Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to reject, limit, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including:

• An inability to fulfill a custom request
• Orders appearing intended for unauthorized resale

PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes, express-shipping charges, customs fees, or other charges will be shown at checkout when available.
Payment must be successfully authorized before an order is processed. Payments are handled through Shopify and authorized third-party payment providers. We do not directly store complete payment-card information.
We may correct pricing, product, or promotional errors. If an error affects an order you have already placed, we may contact you for approval of the corrected amount or cancel and refund the affected order.
Discount codes have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for cash, and may be subject to separate conditions. Unless specifically stated otherwise, discounts cannot be combined.
CUSTOM AND PERSONALIZED ORDERS
Customers may be able to request personalized affirmations, designs, or other custom features.
You are responsible for reviewing all wording, spelling, capitalization, sizing, placement, and other information submitted with your custom request. We are not responsible for errors contained in information or designs approved or supplied by the customer.
By submitting text, artwork, logos, photographs, or other material, you confirm that:
• You own the material or have permission to use it
• Its use will not violate another person’s copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights
• It is not unlawful, threatening, hateful, discriminatory, obscene, defamatory, or otherwise harmful
You grant THE MOT1VATOR a limited license to use the submitted material only as reasonably necessary to review, produce, fulfill, and document your order.
We may reject any custom request that violates these Terms, conflicts with our brand values, creates legal risk, or cannot reasonably be produced.
Custom and personalized products are final sale once production has started and cannot be returned for preference changes, sizing mistakes, or customer-submitted errors. This does not limit remedies available for products that arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from an approved design.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Orders are processed and delivered according to our Shipping Policy.
Free standard shipping is available on eligible U.S. orders. Customers may purchase an available express shipping method at checkout. Express shipping shortens carrier transit time but does not shorten processing, customization, or production time unless specifically stated.
Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. If we cannot ship within the promised period, we will provide any notice, cancellation opportunity, or refund required by applicable law.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Please review our Shipping Policy for information about processing times, tracking, address errors, carrier delays, and missing packages.
RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND EXCHANGES
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy.
Approved standard returns may be subject to return-shipping costs. If we provide a prepaid return label, its exact cost may be deducted from the refund unless the return resulted from a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
Original shipping charges are generally nonrefundable unless otherwise required by law or the return resulted from our error.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Our website and its contents—including THE MOT1VATOR name, M1 logo, designs, affirmations, graphics, photographs, videos, product concepts, written content, and website layout—are owned by or licensed to THE MOT1VATOR and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may view our website and purchase products for personal, lawful use. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, manufacture, resell, publish, scrape, exploit, or use our content or designs for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
